Let's face it, sometimes we  have a good idea and everyone is on board. Well... almost everyone. 

When it comes to introducing new technology, processes or systems into the daily grind, there often times is that last hurdle you have to clear before you can "move forward". When it comes to getting that list bit of agreement or executive buy-in from the higher ups, the more prepared you are, the better you will be heard.

First it starts with a business plan and should include all necessary elements of what, why and the timeline you have for getting it done. Be sure you're speaking their language.

But most importantly be sure to align your business plan with what it is you want to achieve when it comes to impacting overall customer experience. Know your audience and detail the steps you'll need to take to get to that 'wow' moment.
