The CXApp takes on "Sin City"

Viva Las Vegas! This desert oasis held the CXApp’s latest adventure, a global event to be remembered.  Though Vegas is known to many as “Sin City,” our team relished in its potential to bring together and bond almost 2500 employees as they celebrate last year’s accomplishments and look to the many opportunities 2018 has in store.

As the “entertainment capital of the world,” the possibilities were endless, from cruising the Venetian Grand Canal and watching world-class shows, to walking the “Strip” and hiking in the Valley of Fire. Through its real-time activity stream, the CXApp proved the perfect place to not only capture such memories, but also drive perpetual engagement beyond the event.

By leveraging Meridian wayfinding technology, the CXApp served as the user’s personal tour guide throughout the event, helping them start their journey at the Registration desk and reach the “summit” at their very last keynote. For this 4-day, 50-session experience, it was especially important that all attendees stayed on top of their schedule. The platform’s detailed agenda and real-time notifications helped make that happen.

Ultimately, through our esteemed partnerships, we gave users the chance to not only network and foster new relationships but keep in touch through instant messaging in their own employee community. Who could ask for anything more?
