Research by the Gallup Organization tells us that 70% of employees are actively disengaged. As we now know, the average person has an attention span of eight seconds, less than that of a goldfish, so this isn’t too surprising. With a mobile-first society, it can be hard to capture someone’s attention, but it is even harder to keep it.
