As we look back at 2018, it's impossible to ignore that digital customer experience was, once again, at the core of business agendas. Business are constantly looking for ways to create and refine integrated digital customer experiences that offer opportunities for engagement with the company and company representatives.
While customer experience focuses on the person, digital customer experience is about technology and strategy. This inherently brings a need for companies to undergo a digital transformation from the inside out. True, the two categories overlap, but in this case we are focusing on the challenges pertaining to DX.
